Ya pull 'em out.  I use a mega pair of vice grips and a huge screwdriver as a 
lever.

100psi across 1/1000" of a square inch is less than an ounce of force.  If you 
hold a spraying injector, you can feel almost no reaction.  The KABOOM is 
irrelevant, becase the injectors spray into the manifold, not the cylinders.
