Easy to check.  Reverse quickly, spin into a 90 degree turn and brake.  The 
front tyre on the inside of the curve is very lightly loaded at this point and 
slips easily - ABS cuts in to help it.

It's a manoeuvre I have to make quickly every day when leaving the house - 
my driveway opens straight onto a road carrying 21000 vehicles a day.
